Our bride and groom met in Chicago in 2006. Fast track to January 2011, Mylene was organizing a surprise birthday party for Arnold. Little did she know that she would be surprised big time. Arnold turned the event to his advantage by proposing to Mylene on his birthday. They both ended up getting what they want the most – their commitment.

Arnold and Mylene were both cool all throughout the ceremony. Arnold even managed to goof around with his male entourage. Mylene, on the other hand, was serene in her ways. It was truly a breeze working with them. Even their only request was a pleasure to fulfill. They requested for one thing – that I use the song, “Good Life” by One Republic for their SDE. Wish granted.

Congratulations, Arnold and Mylene! Your good life together has just started. Our best wishes for your journey together.

This wedding coverage is made special by two things. One is a glimpse to forever. When our radiant bride declared, “We will grow old together,” you simply know that they are deeply committed to keeping their love alive through the years. It was an “awww” moment, even for me who has stood to hear a lot of wedding vows spoken.

The other thing that made this coverage special is a glimpse of the present. It is that little shadow of a helicopter you will see at the aerial shot of the wedding gown. That heli is piloted by yours truly. This is the first time I piloted the aerial helicopter for my own shoot. It was nerve-wracking but gave me a different kind of high. And I swear I will do it again! Expect more aerial shots in my future posts.

Congratulations, Ryan and Janice! Thank you for making me part of your wedding and I am glad to have you two in my own milestone.

If there is an early bird booking in my books, I guess this would be it. This wedding was booked as far back as 2009. It can’t be denied that the depth of their preparations show in how seamless everything flowed on the wedding day.

But no matter how composed the bride and groom are, their emotions are bound to run ahead of them, just like what happened with Chester and Judy. They couldn’t help but shed tears of joy during the recital of their vows. Even if Chester managed to pull a joke, he still had everyone wiping a tear or two.

Congratulations, Judy and Chester!
