It is that time of the month when there’s so much talk about love. As it has once been said, love may not make the world go round but it surely makes living worthwhile. And I know that this month is especially meaningful to a lot of couples that I have filmed in their weddings. After all, we all know that a simple day can turn into a lifetime destiny. That a “Yes” can turn into “I do.” And so to play cupid this time, let me all greet you a love-filled Valentine’s Day!

The inter-island wedding of Romeo and Faye comes to mind. I was privileged to film their wedding rites in Hong Kong and their reception in Macau. I must say that the wedding showcased the couple’s fine tastes and it was teeming with all the cultural significance that the newlyweds hold dearly. Faye is the picture of a truly fashionable and elegant bride. See how she effortlessly glided from one gown to the next. For that day alone, she could be starting a new fashion statement for all brides-to-be. Of course, the scenario won’t be complete without the dashing groom. True to his name, he is a real Romeo. Come to think of it, I think we just had a real-life princess and prince right there.

Congratulations Romeo and Faye!

Here is my second overseas post for the month of September. With several out-of-the-country bookings this year, let me show you a little piece of Brunei.

Remember them? I have earlier posted their save-the-date video here . Their altar date finally arrived. I found myself among the many Filipinos this Brunei couple trusted. From the gown to the makeup to the photos to the SDE, we Filipino suppliers were on hand. Amazing that this couple trusted Filipino talents for their wedding day!

Amidst the culturally rich wedding celebration we witnessed in Brunei, we still saw Daryl and Beverly – our paint-splashing couple that never fails to radiate the love they have to those who surround them. The wedding ceremony may have seen tears fell, but it also heard peals of laughter as all the guests saw how our newlyweds were meant for each other.

Best wishes, Daryl and Beverly!

2009 was indeed a spectacular year for us. This one is a milestone. All our dedication and hard work paved, winning an international competition sum it all. But most of all, the inspiration that boost me came from our clients, like this of Allen & Marilyn. A good start. This is a video work out from our country… Its at Brunei!

This wedding is really bound for us. We almost lost this Brunei shoot because we have expressed to the couple that my team and I have bookings on the 7th and on the 10th, theirs is on the 9th! Believing in our commitment, they have trusted us. So there we go! International!

A kingly experience for us,we were accommodated at a 7-star hotel, the Empire Hotel! Fab! So in return, we did not failed them, scheduled was so tight ,hour by hour really was gold, there goes my work… Sad thing about this is that I have to board the plane and leave some of my team members and be back here to shoot another wedding(Norman & Marie Wedding), It was sad, I was not there on the time of unveiling, but all of those disappeared for the presentation of the SDE was applauded! My heart was at its biggest, almost in tears of joy for Marilyn messaged me with these lines“Thank you so much for the fantastic work! Everyone was blown away, I hope you get new clients.”

On the other hand, our sincerest thanks to you Allen & Marilyn, for your heartwarming accommodation to us, for giving us this break and believing in us. The year is still young, just beginning… We look forward to grew more in our craft and with couple getting married believing in us. Surely, there would be more of these…

Congrats Allen & Marilyn! Hope to see you again!
